EV Charger Installation

Level 2 charging done right — proper conductor sizing, GFCI protection, and clean cable management for every major EV platform.

Our Process

From first walkthrough to final inspection.

Every project is run by a licensed master electrician — no rotating subs.

  1. 01

    Vehicle & Usage Review

We confirm your vehicle's onboard charger size, daily mileage, and whether you'll add a second EV. That sets the target amperage — overbuilding wire is cheap, rewiring isn't.

  2. 02

    Panel & Load Check

Per NEC 220.87, we evaluate available capacity on your existing service. If you're tight, we'll spec a smart load manager (DCC, Wallbox Power Boost, Span) instead of a full panel upgrade.

  3. 03

    Routing Plan

We walk the conduit path — interior, exterior, or trench — and discuss aesthetics. Garages get hidden runs in conduit; exterior runs use UV-rated PVC with proper supports.

  4. 04

    Installation

Dedicated circuit pulled in correctly sized THHN, GFCI-protected breaker (NEC 625.54), hardwired charger or NEMA 14-50 receptacle mounted at the right height for cable management.

  5. 05

    Commissioning & Walkthrough

We pair the charger to your home Wi-Fi, set the amperage, and run a charge session with you so you understand the app, scheduling, and any utility EV rebate paperwork.
